Saturday, 16th of August 2008 at 11:58:56 PMToday there was a partial lunar eclipse (80%) visible in Munich. I made some photos with my D80 fom our balcony in South of Munich. I had set my alarm clock to remind me, I was playing GTA IV in between the photography shots. What I also noticed: I would need a tripod of higher value to work more professional.
at around 9:40 p.m. start of the show
at around 10:15 p.m. nearly half of the moon is covered
at 11:10 p.m. thats it: around 80% coverage
