Everything I like….

On of our rituals: the xmas meal according a recipe from Christiane’s mother. We cook it all ourselves (this means a lot for me who likes convenience food). Today we had fun preparing our Xmas meal when returning from ice skating. Although it took more than an hour for chopping, slicing, mixing and cooking. Its composed of potatoes, pan fried onion-ham-pepper vegetables and a delicious and sophisticated red wine sauce for the pork chop.

It even tasted better than it looks.
